HiiVE Creative worked closely with The Goodwich Owner and Chef Josh Clark on the restaurant design of their flagship location. The Goodwich had humble beginnings as a kiosk in a downtown Las Vegas bar’s parking lot. We wanted to honor their roots by elevating some of the original materials (corrugated metal, stainless steel) and colors (blues, white, yellow) while maintaining the aesthetic the owners love so much all on a very modest budget. The goal was a modern mid-century diner that felt like home, comfortable, welcoming and with amazing food. We were inspired by details from design giants, Ray & Charles Eames for the banquettes and thermoformed booths.
